Our New Build Cleaning typically involves the following:
Any initial sweep-up and movement of mess, debris, and general rubbish. Even working alongside the actual builders to work around materials and tools, all safely of course.
That extra-deep vacuum clean of carpets and mopping of floors.
Attention to hidden areas where dust has a habit of going, for example wall surfaces, and around curtains and blinds.
Having several goes at it, often up to a few weeks later, to allow for dust to re-settle over time.
It’s not nice we know, but often a phased process is needed to rid the dust as it tries to re-settle.
Helping with ornaments and equipment like TVs and personal items, including an initial bag-up and storage as well as aftermath clean and polish.
Applying a final deep spray and wipe of surfaces to rid that dreaded dust from all the nooks and crannies.
Dispose of all the mess nicely and eco-friendly, including working alongside any separate arrangements for this.

Our working hours vary as we try to work around our clients, but these are typically between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm.

We work closely with many companies and families to come in and clean at a time that is most suitable for them. Sometimes this does involve getting a spare key, or being let in to clean whilst the space is empty or not open to the public.

Currently, the work carried out will be invoiced, and payment will need to be made via bank transfer to our company bank account.

We provide a multitude of cleaning services so please ask if you are not sure. These include, but are not limited to Household Cleaning, Office Cleaning, New Build Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, One-Off Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning, Inside Window Cleaning, Ground Floor Outside Window Cleaning.

We will need to visit the property to give you a quote, this ensures we can give you the best price possible, and ensures all of your expectations are met, and exceeded when we come to do the job in hand.

A J Cleaning Services come equipped with all of the products and equipment necessary to do the job perfectly. Although if you have specialist equipment or products you would like us to use, please do let us know when we come and visit the premises and we can discuss this.

We always try to provide dates and times that suit you, so if your chosen date and time is available you certainly can book this in. We also have other customers that may have your chosen date and time booked in. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative that hopefully works just as well.
