  • The only things we are not able to offer would be outside window cleaning if not on the ground floor, and carpet cleaning.

  • We always work to give you a time and date that suits you, if you are looking for a cleaner the same or next day, the best thing to do would be to give us a call.

  • As soon as your tenants are out of the property and personal items have been set aside or removed we would be happy to come in and get the place looking brand new again.

  • Typically, our quotes are very solid. The only time this could increase, with consent, would be deep cleaning. The time needed for this would be estimated but can sometimes take longer than anticipated, if this is the case, we will inform you before we continue so you are fully aware of the end cost of this.

  • A J Cleaning Services come equipped with all of the products and equipment necessary to do the job perfectly. Although if you have specialist equipment or products you would like us to use, please do let us know when we come and visit the premises and we can discuss this.

  • Initially we would advise you to be at the property for the first clean in case any questions arise about what you would require in certain circumstances and to make sure everything you require has been completed.

  • We always strive to go above and beyond, so in the unlikely circumstances we have missed anything, or you are unhappy with the service you have received then please do let us know and we will put it right as soon as humanly possible.
