Yes! We have all the, up to date and relevant insurance.

We always do our best to ensure nothing is ever damaged, but sometimes accidents happen. In these instances we will immediately make you aware of this, and come to a resolution to get it repaired or replaced for you.

Cleaning of surfaces, shelves, window sills, bathrooms as well as hoovering and mopping.

Our working hours vary as we try to work around our clients, but these are typically between the hours of 08:00am - 18:00pm.

For last minute / urgent cleaning requirements it’s best to give us a call and we will see if we are able to accommodate your short notice request for cleaning.

We work closely with many companies and families to come in and clean at a time that is most suitable for them. Sometimes this does involve getting a spare key, or being let in to clean whilst the space is empty or not open to the public.

Currently, the work carried out will be invoiced, and payment will need to be made via bank transfer to our company bank account.

We provide a multitude of cleaning services so please ask if you are not sure. These include, but are not limited to Household Cleaning, Office Cleaning, New Build Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, One-Off Cleaning, Periodic Cleaning, Inside Window Cleaning, Ground Floor Outside Window Cleaning.

We will need to visit the property to give you a quote, this ensures we can give you the best price possible, and ensures all of your expectations are met, and exceeded when we come to do the job in hand.

A J Cleaning Services come equipped with all of the products and equipment necessary to do the job perfectly. Although if you have specialist equipment or products you would like us to use, please do let us know when we come and visit the premises and we can discuss this.

A Domestic clean is typically light but thorough, covering surfaces, high touch points and floors. Whereas deep cleaning will include those hard to reach areas, some low contact places that typically get missed due to being unseen and high traffic areas such as deep cupboards, ovens and behind fridges etc.

It sure is! If you require regular cleaning then get in touch and we can get you a quote for this once an inspection of the property has taken place and we know exactly what you would like to be done.

We always try to provide dates and times that suit you, so if your chosen date and time is available you certainly can book this in. We also have other customers that may have your chosen date and time booked in. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer an alternative that hopefully works just as well.

We can certainly do all of these for you. If it's something that is required, we can discuss this and anything else when we visit to discuss and quote for your requirements.

Depending on the location of this we will be able to do this for you, it is something that would have to be inspected at the time we visit for a quotation.

There are no minimum terms for repeat cleaning.

You sure can, we would just require at least 1 weeks notice prior to the change.

The only things we are not able to offer would be outside window cleaning if not on the ground floor, and carpet cleaning.

We always work to give you a time and date that suits you, if you are looking for a cleaner the same or next day, the best thing to do would be to give us a call.

As soon as your tenants are out of the property and personal items have been set aside or removed we would be happy to come in and get the place looking brand new again.

Typically, our quotes are very solid. The only time this could increase, with consent, would be deep cleaning. The time needed for this would be estimated but can sometimes take longer than anticipated, if this is the case, we will inform you before we continue so you are fully aware of the end cost of this.

Initially we would advise you to be at the property for the first clean in case any questions arise about what you would require in certain circumstances and to make sure everything you require has been completed.

We always strive to go above and beyond, so in the unlikely circumstances we have missed anything, or you are unhappy with the service you have received then please do let us know and we will put it right as soon as humanly possible.
